Appetizers may be served as a start to any dinner, as an enticer to any cocktail party or as the main meal.
As a pre-fix to dinner we suggest one or two items.
For a formal light reception, four to five depending on the size of your group.
If you are interested in making this your main meal, we suggest six; usually three hot, two cold and a dessert with coffee service.
Coffee and Tea Service is an additional $1.25 per person.
A dessert choice is an additional $4 per person.
